Chelsea prewar rental The Arthur by Naftali Group has slid onto the market.

The developer bought the 1938 Art Deco building in late 2012 and commissioned Studio V Architecture to renovate the six-story structure. Located at 245 West 25th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues, the rental has approximately 68 revamped one- and two-bedroom residences. Pricing for available units starts at $4,200 per month and goes up to $4,950 per month, according to the official site.

Interiors feature hardwood floors, sunken living rooms, nine-foot ceilings, windowed kitchen and bath, double-paned windows, central air conditioning and in-unit Bosch washer/dryer. Bathrooms are wrapped in seamless porcelain tile, with glass enclosed showers and custom vanities. The kitchens have lacquer cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, gym, bike storage and landscaped roof deck furnished with seating and dining areas, barbecue and outdoor shower.

Urban Compass is handling marketing and leasing at the property.

The Arthur is located next to Naftali’s luxury condo project The Seymour at 261 West 25th Street. The 12-story, 49-unit development takes its stately name from the Seymour Club, a historic club run at the same site by Horatio Seymour, New York’s 18th governor. Goldstein, Hill & West designed the brick and metal facade. Occupancy is anticipated for the third quarter of 2015.
