It’s been a bustling summer for Naftali Group.
In June, the developer’s 57-unit condo project at 234 East 23rd Street in Gramercy commenced sales. Now, Naftali Group’s under-the-radar Chelsea project The Seymour has emerged, with a radiance of renderings and floorplans.
Located at 261 West 25th Street, the 12-story, 49-unit building sports industrial-inspired design and casement windows, according to the official site, which just went live.
Pricing for available units ranges from $1.21 million for a 720-square-foot one-bedroom to $4.865 million for Penthouse A, a 2,029-square-foot three-bedroom. Goldstein, Hill & West Architects served as the architect, while Peter McGinley was the amenities architect.
Rottet Studio designed the interiors, which feature wire-brushed solid oak floors, wall-to-wall windows and kitchens with warm oak cabinetry, leather (!) handles, Calcutta Gold backsplash and appliances by Bertazzoni, Miele and Sub-Zero. Bathrooms are coated with Calcutta Tucci marble, white Glassos floors and Grohe chrome fittings.
Amenities include a concierge, media room, library, lounge with fireplace and pool table and a gym that opens to a brick-and-ivy garden. Up top, residents get a roof deck with lounge and outdoor kitchen with city views.
