With more than 58,000 residents, West Seattle is one of the city’s largest neighborhoods, filled with natural amenities and blossoming micro-communities. And, with stunning views of Puget Sound and the city skyline, it’s no surprise that the area is prime for new construction. Rally by Intracorp Companies
Located at 3824 California Avenue SW in Admiral District, the 27-unit project is expected to be completed this winter. The industrial-inspired project includes 13 live-work units and 14 townhomes with floorplans ranging from 1,494 to 1,924 square feet. The property is less than 10 minutes away from Alki Beach — one of Seattle’s favorite places to hang.
Capelouto 42nd by Capelouto Development
With completion slated for winter 2016, the 49,000-square-foot residential building boasts everything from studio apartments to two-bedroom units. Capelouto will also offer residents over 4,000 square feet of retail space. Located at 4505 42nd Avenue Southwest, the six-story building is near West Seattle Junction, home to the neighborhood’s best restaurants and shops.
The Whittaker by Lennar Multifamily Communities and Weingarten Realty
One of West Seattle’s largest developments, the seven-story Weber Thompson-designed property will be home to over 389 units. Situated on top of a major retail chain at 4755 Fauntleroy Way SW, the project is expected to be complete in 2016.
Isola Alaska by Isola Homes
Located at 4400 Southwest Alaska Street, the 40-unit residential property was designed by Nicholson Kovalchick Architects. The 30,000-square-foot space will boast 1,541 square feet of dedicated retail space. Unit options range from studios, one-bedroom and two-bedrooms with split level spaces for urban professionals. The property is expected to be complete in 2016.
