AB Architekten released two new renderings on Instagram of its new building at 1247 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, offering another peek at the outside of the building and a look at one of the building’s amenities.
The first rendering showcases what will surely be one of development’s most luxurious amenities — a spacious double sauna. Essentially two separate saunas, standing side by side, the rendering reveals their stylistically different designs. One sauna was designed with a traditional earthy wooden facade, while the other has a sleek, modern appearance.
The architectural firm also released a rendering of the 1247 Atlantic Avenue’s modern exterior, this one highlighting the building’s terraces. Residents can be seen milling about on the residence’s terraces in the newly released image and, from the rendering, it appears that there are two terrace designs — one glassy and fully transparent, and another that is formed by the building’s facade and topped with a small glass panel.
1247 Atlantic Avenue is developed by Bridgewater Capital Partners, and will bring a total of 40 units to Bed-Stuy. It is scheduled for completion in fall/winter of 2018.
