The new Soho development is spreading its luxury-condo wings with a teaser site and a sales launch this fall.
Located at 180 Sixth Avenue between Prince and Spring streets, the 14-story project by Quinlan Development Group and Tavros Development Partners has 25 condos. The one- to five-bedrooms range in size from under 1,000 square feet to over 5,000 square feet.
The BKSK Architects-designed building has a neat facade of limestone, glass and limestone underneath glass, along with large windows. The first floor is double-height, and the surrounding low-rise area allows for views of the Manhattan skyline in every direction. A landscaped outdoor terrace graces the second floor.
Stribling Marketing Associates is the exclusive marketing and sales agent. Closings are estimated to begin the first quarter of 2015.
