Ora!! We thought you were hot, but now the proof is in . . . the first phase of Ora is now sold out and Ora Phase 2 [map] is open for registration.
Yup, it must have been Ora’s Richmond neighbourhood location, 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver, accessible on ample transit services and the newly opened rapid transit Canada Line, that initially attracted purchasers.
Ora’s other perks–being close to kilometers of shoreline (great for those active West Coasters that like to bike, jog or stroll) and Feng Shui master-consulted suite layouts–probably resulted in such speedy sales.
Ora Phase Two is now registering and will be open for selling very soon. Visit their presentation centre at 6951 Elmbridge Way, Richmond BC and watch this spot for updates!
