Leasing is imminent at The Pearson Court Square, which launches this spring.
The 197-unit development at 45-50 Pearson Street will offer studio to two-bedroom rentals, according to the official site. The developer is L+M Development Partners. SLCE designed the warehouse-inspired building, which is seeking LEED Certification.
Interiors will have wide plank oak flooring, double-pane windows and kitchens with Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances and Grohe fixtures. There will be in-unit washer/dryer in select residences, and some units will have private terraces. The apartments will have individually controlled heating and cooling units.
Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, cold storage and a roof deck with dining area, lounges, barbecue grills and unobstructed city views. The second and tenth floor boast landscaped terraces, and residents also get a gym, yoga studio, outdoor basketball court, bicycle storage, indoor parking and on-site rental cars.
