The full website is out like ever-lush gangbusters at Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Designed as a verdant extension of the park, 108-condo project by Toll Brothers City Living is located at 90 Furman Street. Rogers Marvel Architects incorporated living green terraces into the facade, which sports limestone fins and architectural elements mined from the same granite quarry as the Brooklyn Bridge.
Pricing starts at $1.05 million for a 999-square-foot one-bedroom. Two new available apartments are a $2.6 million one-bedroom and a $3.35 million three-bedroom, according to a broker email.
Residences feature 18-foot ceilings in most living rooms, wood floors from 600-year-old heartwood pine (reclaimed from local warehouses), high-efficiency interior and exterior LED lighting, automatic solar shade systems, in-unit Bosch washer/dryer and cold-rolled, blackened steel stairs, railings and accents. Kitchens are artfully fitted with Gaggenau appliances, honed marble countertops, solid American walnut kitchen cabinets, under-counter odor-free composting units and locally sourced, 18-bottle wine storage. Master baths are awash in honed marble countertops, marble tile floors, freestanding Waterworks tubs and Waterworks fixtures.
Residents get a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, meditation studio, lounge, pet wash, children’s playroom and access to eco-luxe 1 Hotel’s rooftop pool, spa, gym and other amenities.
