Since launching to the public in mid-May, Prism has sold seven of its upscale townhomes and three more have been reserved. Within the latest release, there are five available residences priced from the $1.4 millions, featuring three to four bedrooms, up to 1,845 square feet of living space and designer-selected upgrades.
Interested buyers are asked to get pre-approved with one of Dividend Homes’ preferred lenders and schedule a private tour of the model homes by emailing prism@dividendhomes.com. There are also virtual tours of five of the nine floorplans that you can experience from the comfort of your couch.
For buyers who are on a shorter timeline, the five remaining homes at Prism all offer move-in dates between June and September of this year. Residence 22 (Plan 4a) offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a bonus room. Residence 29 (Plan 3a) is well-suited for a growing family, as it touts four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It includes $9,500-worth of upgrades and has a chef-inspired kitchen with a large island, premium appliances and contemporary finishes. The master suite is the pièce de résistance, however, complete with a large walk-in closet, shower with a built-in seat and optional barn doors.
Looking for a dream home that you can customize to your liking? There’s still time to select the countertops, tile surrounds, flooring and more with Residence 49 (Plan 1C), featuring three bedrooms, three-and-a-half-bathrooms and over $8,500 in upgrades. A first-floor bedroom with an attached bathroom provides privacy for overnight guests, but could also serve as an efficient home office.
Residence 55 (Plan 1a) is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home that boasts over $50,000 in elegant upgrades, including white cabinets, solid surface countertops and hardwood flooring throughout. The large deck off the living room provides a seamless indoor/outdoor transition and will quickly become your go-to spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
Residence59 (Plan 2AR) is available this month and presents over $40,000 in upgrades. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom corner lot is characterized by mocha-colored cabinets, solid surface countertops and hardwood flooring that runs throughout. The eat-in kitchen is centered around a generous island with an optional, adjoining dining table and built-in cabinetry provides plenty of storage for serveware.
Located at 617 East Evelyn Avenue in Sunnyvale, Prism will feature its own community club room with a barbecue area and park. Residents will have easy access to big-box stores like Home Depot and Target, supermarkets including Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Sprouts, plus pharmacies, fast-casual restaurants and services like bank branches and medical offices. There are even more urban conveniences to be found in the neighboring cities of Mountain View and Santa Clara.
