Guests at the Queensway Park Condos presentation centre were in for a treat on Saturday, September 30th as Urban Capital Property Group hosted a special design event with HGTV’s Tiffany Pratt. Known for her unique style, vibrant personality and fearless approach to colour, the celebrity interior designer was on hand to present the latest design tips, tricks and trends to prospective homebuyers and interior design fans.
The Home to Win designer also held one-on-one sessions to answer personal questions about individual design needs while drinks and treats from local establishments like Sanremo Bakery were served.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for Queensway Park homebuyers to gain design inspiration for their own suites. Ranging in size from 453 square feet to 1,332 square feet, the homes at Queensway Park are ideal for all types of homebuyers and feature spacious, open concept floorplans designed with visual appeal and everyday utility in mind. Oversize windows combined with nine- and ten-foot ceiling heights ensure living spaces are bright and spacious, while sliding doors and free flowing layouts allow for rooms to be opened up or closed off for privacy.
Kitchens offer extra cabinets for lots of storage, generously-sized pantries and convenient islands with plenty of prep space and additional storage. In smaller suites, islands have a built-in dining table for entertaining and larger units boast separate dining areas.
Features and finishes include exposed concrete ceilings, modern fixtures, wide plank laminate floors and engineered stone countertops. An energy efficient appliance package is also standard and consists of a fully integrated fridge and dishwasher, stainless steel slide-in range and a microwave located in the island.
In-house amenities include a fully-equipped fitness facility, a hobby and craft room, pet cleaning station and a product library where you can borrow common household items that you may not have in your own toolbox. To encourage urban farming, residents will have access to a collection of 6 foot by 4 foot garden plots on the Mezzanine level.
Within the neighbourhood, homeowners will benefit from convenient access to restaurants, shops and services. Local amenities like Tony & Kathy’s No Frills, Costco Wholesale and Bua Thai Restaurant are all within proximity. Plus, with the Gardiner Expressway just minutes from the project, downtown Toronto, Sherway Gardens and the airport are easily accessible. The 3.1-hectare Queensway Park, which the project was named after, is also just steps away and features two lit baseball diamonds, tennis courts and a children’s playground.
