For those of you thinking about touring through Regency Estates‘ [map] model home, wear comfortable shoes and pack a lunch – it’ll take you a while.
OK, maybe we’re being dramatic, but the 5,865 square foot home is nothing to sneeze at.
And, impressively, pretty much every square foot throughout looks to have been been subjected to the elegant touch of Flora Di Menna, of Flora Di Menna Designs. The project, says Ms. Di Menna, was a treat:
“This is about as close to a custom home as you will get ‘off the rack.’ It was a pleasure working on this model. It’s like making a really good meal; when you have the best ingredients, you end up with a masterpiece.”
Considering the size of the space, the design detail throughout is remarkable. One touch that particularly impresses us is how the tiles around the fireplace mimic the backsplash of the adjoining kitchen – hats off!
This place has to be seen to be believed. Check it:

See?Regency Estates by Beaverhall Homes is a collection of 34 estate manors in Woodbridge, Ontario. The model home is located at 87 Charmaine Road and is open Monday through Thursday from 1pm to 8pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 11am to 6pm.
