Thanks to Curbed, we got our first peek at the conversion planned for 809 Broadway back in November. Then, just a week ago, we found out that the five-story building officially closed for $24 million in February.
Now, ODA Architects has revealed a trio of new renderings for the mixed-use, 15-story project it has planned for the Greenwich Village site. Like the rendering that appeared in November, the new renderings are a touch on the tiny side and one appears to be a freshened up version of the one released in the fall.
As we’ve already reported, there will be offices on the second through eighth levels with three apartments on the remaining floors.
