In the already eclectic Queen West area sits Streetcar Developments‘ recently completed 8 Gladstone, a boutique condominium that speaks to the stylish vibe of the surrounding neighbourhood. The building is tucked away on Gladstone Avenue, a street hemmed in by many cutting-edge galleries and trendy coffee bars that’s still just quiet enough to sleep soundly.
Since we’re already pretty familiar with the vibrant streetscape, we decided to tour the developer’s eight-storey condo to see what all the hype is about (there are only a few units left for sale, after all!) Teaser: we even got to peek inside two well-dressed suites, both designed by Seven Haus.
