We’re checking in with Alchemy Properties’ Sackett Union, which is three units shy of selling out.
Eight of the 11 townhomes are in contract at the 43-unit Carroll Gardens project along Union and Sackett streets. The development’s 32 condominiums, located at 291 Union Street, sold out within six months, and closings began in August.
Each of the three remaining townhomes is a triplex four-bedroom residence with roof terrace, atop a garden-level one-bedroom unit. The townhouses, which have private yards and underground parking, can be converted into single-family homes.
Two of the townhomes measure over 4,200 square feet, and they’re priced at $3.68 million. The third, clocking in at 4,010 square feet, is asking $3.475 million.
Occupancy is slated for January 2014.
