We’ve got a hunch that Tribeca condo project 11 North Moore is opening its sales office in August.
We spotted a Facebook post by Douglas Elliman agent Roget Romain listing the expected launch of the new nine-story building by VE Equities.
The development will have 19 loft-style apartments with dramatic over-sized windows recessed 18 inches from the facade, creating privacy from the street below and “architectural rhythm,” according to the site for Adjmi & Andreoli. The upper part of the building will be brushed and natural limestone, resting on a steel beam case that’s a nod to the neighborhood’s industrial feel.
The penthouse will tout 20-foot ceilings, along with its own private roof deck and pool. VE Equities’ Zach Vella told the New York Post in June 2012 that the penthouse will measure 7,500 square feet and have 360-degree views.
VE Equities has another Tribeca project in the works at 11-unit 290 West Street, which will also be designed by Adjmi & Andreoli. Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes will be marketing both developments.
Here’s another rendering for 11 North Moore from Adjmi & Andreoli’s site:
