Williamsburg rental 146 South 4th Street opens December 1st.
Located between Bedford and Driggs avenues, the 113-unit project was designed by ND Architecture. The developer is Simon Dushinsky’s Rabsky Group. The building is available for move-in by January 1st, according to the official site.
Pricing starts at $1,868 for a studio, $2,870 for a one-bedroom and $4,143 for a two-bedroom.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, gym and lounge. Fiddler Realty is handling leasing at the property.
Last week, we reported that Rabsky is building a new 44-story, 415-unit residential tower at 29-32 Northern Boulevard in Long Island City. The developer bought the property for $35 million.
