The Aston in Forest Hills has launched its full website, complete with floorplans and renderings.
Located at 108-11 Queens Boulevard, the 17-story project by Cord Meyer Development has 97 condominiums. The apartments range from one- to three-bedroom residences; select units have private exterior space. The Morali Architects-designed building was originally slated to have 100 one- and two-bedroom pads measuring 800 to 1,200 square feet, but the developer added three-bedroom units due to demand, DNAinfo reported.
Residences feature hardwood walnut floors, nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, recessed lighting and in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchens have custom walnut cabinetry, granite countertops with tile backsplash and GE stainless steel appliances, while the master bathrooms are awash in tile flooring and milk glass countertops.
Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, gym, on-site parking and landscaped roof terrace with barbecue and bar pergola.
