BuzzBuzzHome News has been closely following the construction of The Station Condos by Brandy Lane Homes. With each visit we have witnessed and documented new milestones as the development progresses towards completion.
This month we’re happy to report that pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) continue to take place as more homebuyers tour their new suites prior to occupancy. We also checked out the condo’s chic lobby, the Studio Club amenity level and one of the spacious Townloft suites on the ground floor.
In the lobby, much of the protective floor coverings have been pulled back revealing the beautiful black tile floor set in a traditional brick lay pattern. Elsewhere, more wood trim has been installed around doors, pendant lights now hang above the central concierge desk and a privacy wall has been built to separate the mail area from the rest of the lobby. When complete, the two-storey lobby will feature two grand entrances, exquisite lounge areas and a 24-hour concierge service to welcome homeowners and visitors alike.
Additional in-house amenities are located within the Studio Club on the seventh floor, including a well-equipped fitness centre, steam rooms, games room, an infinity-edge oasis pool, party room and one-of-a-kind Urbana lounges that open onto the outdoor rooftop terrace.
In the pool area, the covers have been removed from the infinity-edge oasis pool, while ceramic tiles are laid on the surrounding floors and walls.
We also stopped by the large party room and Brandy Lane’s signature Urbanas – the community’s indoor/outdoor party rooms similar to a Sky Box, where more cabinets have arrived and are ready to be installed.
We wrapped up our tour on the ground floor where we viewed one of the two-storey Townlofts. These spacious suites boast soaring ceilings, second floor lofts and two-storey living rooms and kitchens. They also feature an abundance of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, and plenty of outdoor space with access to either a patio or courtyard.
All of the suites at The Station feature modern finishes like engineered laminate floors, contemporary bathrooms with ceramic wall tiles, and European-inspired kitchens with granite countertops and a stainless steel appliance package.
A select collection of suites is still available with quick occupancy, including the luxurious penthouses with huge terraces. Be sure to register online or visit the sales centre on Tippett Road open Monday toWednesday from 12pm to 6pm and weekends from 12pm to 5pm.
