Launched in March 2021, The Dupont is a boutique residence coming soon to Christie Pits. The project is Tridel’s latest in Toronto and the developer has just opened a new sales office located at 408 Dupont Street. The new gallery is a kilometre east of the project site and was previously used as the sales office for Tridel’s other Dupont Street development, Bianca.

Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, The Dupont boasts a modern mid-rise profile characterized by a dynamic façade that blends grey and white precast with heritage-inspired brick on lower levels. Extensive landscaping by Studio TLA animates the building’s ground level outdoor spaces with paved walkways, verdant greenery and inviting entryways that lead into the retail storefronts. Meantime, a public courtyard will be situated on the west end of the building, providing a family-friendly gathering space with a children’s play area and plenty of bench seating.
Within the development, residents will have access to over 16,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, starting with a U31-designed lobby with a concierge.
