The regal six-story, four-unit condo conversion by Mitchell Holdings has hit the market, with pricing starting at $10 million.
The New Georgian-style property, located at 21 East 26th Street, was originally built in 1924. As the corporate headquarters and showroom for textile giant Clarence B. Whitman and Sons, the building was designed to evoke a London trading house.
The renovation by Jeffrey Cole Architects will be finished this summer.
The three full-floor, four-bedroom homes measure 4,967 square feet, and the $22.5 million duplex penthouse measures 6,540 square feet.
