Valerie graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in English and a minor in technical and professional writing. With bylines in KQED Arts, MTV Iggy, SF Weekly and Live Nation TV, Valerie joined the BuzzBuzzNews team in 2015 to cover Bay Area real estate market and development news. The first half of her 20’s was spent working at a record label and her favorite pastime is getting friends together for a Labyrinth drinking game heavily focused on David Bowie's spandex.
