Marketing has kicked off for new condo project 337 East 62nd Street in the Upper East Side.
Designed by Peter Poon Architects, the 22-unit elevator building between First and Second avenues will be seven stories and 75 feet tall, according to permits filed in 2012. Many of the residences will feature private outdoor space, and interiors will have big windows and custom Poggenpohl kitchens with Miele appliances.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman/concierge, landscaped common roof deck with outdoor kitchen and (hopefully non-communal) shower, bike room and storage. Corcoran Group is marketing the building.

The developer, Yeung Real Estate Development, purchased the property for $7 million in February 2012, according to public records. Yeung’s site indicates that completion is slated for Q4 2014.
