To say that Inglewood is in the midst of a construction boom would be an understatement. While the COVID-19 pandemic has certainly slowed down activity, the impending arrival of the new NFL stadium and Crenshaw/LAX Line has heightened developer interest in the South Los Angeles neighborhood. If you’re in the market for a new condo, townhome or single-family home in an area with significant price appreciation, set your sights on the City of Champions.

Developer: Harridge Development Group
Status: Preconstruction
Priced from: TBD
An official name has not yet been announced for this future residential project at the former site of Daniel Freeman Hospital. In March 2019, Harridge Development Group sold a portion of the sprawling 18-acre property to Pulte Homes, which became the now-under-construction Grace Park community. Harridge intends to develop the remaining parcels into a collection of 226 new single-family condominiums. The two developers plan to collaborate on the common amenity spaces. The site is centrally located within walking distance of Edward Vincent Jr Park, schools, shopping centers and The Forum.
