With an asking price of $40.5 million, the duplex penthouse unit at 565 Broome SoHo officially launched today.
The stunning 6,655-square-foot duplex unit boasts three terraces, including a private 2,500-square-foot rooftop with a 20-foot headed outdoor pool.
The four-bedroom duplex penthouse features panoramic north, south, east and west views of historic Downtown Manhattan. The unit is accessed by a private elevator, which opens to an oversized foyer. The great room has ceiling heights over 16-feet, a library and a wet bar.
There’s also a separate “entertaining space” that includes expansive lighting and dining rooms with over 40 linear feet of floor-to-ceiling west facing windows overlooking the Hudson River.
The eat-in kitchen offers both incredible views through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality finishes, including custom designed Molteni cabinetry and a center island breakfast bar.
An interior staircase leads to the second floor and the spacious master bedroom suite. The second floor also houses three additional bedrooms that offer en suite baths.
The penthouse also includes a separate service entrance, internal private elevator and a vented laundry room.
Developed by Bizzi & Partners Development, Halpern Real Estate Ventures and Aronov, 565 Broome SoHo will bring 115 units to Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood when it is completed. Residences range in size from 990 square feet to 6,734 square feet.
Downtown Manhattan has seen a boom in new construction projects. The launch of many high-end projects in Tribeca and SoHo, like 108 Leonard Street, have driven prices up in the submarket. SoHo was NYC’s second most expensive neighborhood in 2017 (behind Tribeca).
Occupancy is slated for fall 2018, with pricing starting at $2 million.
