Church-condo hybrid 707 Willow Avenue in Hoboken is giving us some serious 1255 Bushwick Avenue vibes.
The original Issac & Stern design for 1255 Bushwick Avenue featured a chunk of apartments incongruously extending from a small brick church. However, developer Boaz Gilad decided to tear down the church and erect an entirely new seven-story, 32-unit project, Brownstoner reported. So, this controversial vision was averted:

But now, we have five-unit 707 Willow, which was built behind the original facade of an 1895 church, according to the site for developer Red Bridge Homes. Pricing for units ranges from $1.499 million to $1.749 million. The energy-efficient residences measure 1,850 to 2,264 square feet; all of them have two full bathrooms and private exterior space.
The interiors feature private keyed elevator entry, in-unit washer/dryer, LED light fixtures and appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele. Judging from the renderings below, select bedrooms have views of the… non-functioning church facade?
