etco Homes is putting the finishing touches on The Addison, a collection of 28 two- and three-level townhomes in the sought-after Melrose District.
When Livabl visited the construction site in late September, much of the exterior work had been completed and crews had moved onto the interiors. Described as a “modern take on Spanish architecture,” the residence features an earth tone color scheme, crisp clean lines, and a mix of building materials including stucco, cement and natural wood.
The Addison is expected to welcome its first residents later this year, delivering one- to three-bedroom townhomes with up 3,273 square feet of living space. These light-filled, open-concept homes boast high ceilings, spacious living rooms, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, and private outdoor space spanning 161 to 874 square feet.
The chef-caliber kitchens tout full-height, custom cabinetry by Snaidero, polished Caeserstone countertops, integrated Sub-Zero refrigerators, Asko dishwashers, and a suite of premium Wolf appliances.
Rejuvenating ensuite bathrooms are appointed with dual vanities, glass-encased standing showers, freestanding soaking tubs and porcelain tile flooring. Hand-selected materials and finishes include five-inch hardwood plank flooring, dark-trimmed windows, and warm, neutral paint colors.
The Addison offers a curated selection of amenities, including a lobby, landscaped courtyard, and a community lounge complete with a bar, pool table, kitchen and private dining space. The residence is part of etco Homes’ The Melrose Collection, consisting of two boutique-style communities of flats and townhomes within the Melrose District.
Located near the corner of Melrose Place and Croft Avenue, The Addison is surrounded by culinary destinations such as Alfred’s Coffee & Tea, Liquid Juice Bar, Fig + Olive, and high-end designer boutiques including Chloe, Balmain and Marc Jacobs.
