These communities are unique because they are built first, with a model home available for every layout. This is helping homeowners make the right choice for their budget and lifestyle needs. The program lets future residents walk through both the models and the site itself. Homeowners get to take occupancy to be within a year – in some cases, as quickly as 90 days.
Through the FirstHome program, Daniels offers homes in amenity-rich locations with incentivized programs, such as internet bundles, window coverings and appliances.
In selected communities, Daniels will work with financial institutions to help make qualifying for a mortgage more accessible. FirstHome Pickering will specifically be offering a five per cent gradual deposit program.
FirstHome Pickering will be located at Kingston Road and Valley Farm Road, steps from shopping, great schools, entertainment, transit options, an abundance of parks, trails and the waterfront. The development will be made up of 96 stacked condominium townhomes, and will be 3.19 square acres. There will be one-, two- and three bedroom floor plans available.
The centre of the community will contain the exterior resident-exclusive amenities and community space. This will feature landscaped pedestrian walkways, a children’s play structure, bike rings, community gardening plots and a greenhouse for residents to enjoy.
FirstHome Pickering is under construction, with sales beginning this summer.
