Italian luxury fashion house FENDI has just announced its first branded condo project in the world, and naturally, it’s in Miami.
The multinational leather and luxury goods firm is teaming up with developer Château Group to create FENDI Château Residences, a 12-story, 58-unit waterfront condominium building at 9365 Collins Avenue.
Located two blocks south of The Bal Harbour Shops, the development (formerly Château Ocean Residences) will have abodes ranging in size from 3,300 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet, with pricing from $5 million to $22 million. The undulating architectural design by Arquitectonica evokes the waves of the ocean.
Each apartment is fitted with 10-foot ceilings, glass-railed terrace space, a FENDI Casa kitchen with custom cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances, Italian marble bathrooms, staff quarters and laundry area. Other design touches are streaked woods, smoky glass and bronzed reflections. Buyers can also opt to include FENDI Casa decorative elements throughout the living area.
The amenity areas, designed by FENDI and decorated with FENDI Casa fixtures, include a private restaurant with a full chef’s kitchen, lounge with gourmet kitchen, library, business center, ballroom, children’s playroom, private cinema, gym, bicycle storage, multiple beachfront pools with cabanas, reflective ponds, spas and a relaxation terrace with aromatherapy. Residents also get a 24-hour multilingual concierge staff, beachfront and poolside service, doorman and valet.
”FENDI Château Residences further consolidate our ties in the luxury private property sector, in particular with a qualitative partner like Château Group,” Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of FENDI, said in a statement. “It fully expresses the codes, history and savoir-faire that characterize FENDI — a perfect example of cutting-edge design, experimentation and timeless expertise.”
Completion is slated for June 2016.
