Eagle Lofts in Long Island City (LIC) launched its full website and began leasing today. New images on the development’s official website give us a first look inside the apartments.
Developed by Rockrose Development Corp. and designed by SLCE Architects, Eagle Lofts is located at 43-22 Queens Street — the former the site of the old Eagle Electric Factory — and houses 790 units.
Over a dozen renderings show off several of the building’s amenities, like the landscaped rooftop lounge with covered and uncovered seating areas and the high-tech gym, as well as the units themselves.
Apartments appear to have a modern design and are spacious with open floorplans. Exposed ceilings retain some of the building’s former industrial look. Kitchens feature an assortment of stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
The development’s amenities include a pool, valet service, a fitness center and a children’s playroom.
Still under construction, the development is slated for completion later this year.
