The tallest Frank Gehry building in the world is finally coming to Toronto and it will be called Forma.
The long awaited King Street West project by one of the world’s most respected architects will be comprised of two towers of 73 and 84 storeys with 2,034 suites. Occupancy is expected for 2028.
“Unrivaled, world-class condominiums in downtown Toronto,” the literature reads. “Frank Gehry has transformed the world of architecture. Now, the Maestro of Form is coming home. Forma’s iridescent façade and twisting shape will reflect the colours of the sun and the form of the surrounding buildings to change Toronto’s skyline. Located on King Street West, Forma will be an exceptional addition to the city at the nexus between the Entertainment and Financial District.”
The building will be developed by Great Gulf, Dream and Westdale Properties. Interior design is being handled by Studio Paolo Ferrari. Baker Real Estate will be across the sales side.
