Actress Lori Loughlin, most often recognized for her role as Aunt Becky in the TV sitcom Full House, has listed her 12,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion for $28,650,000, according to TMZ. Loughlin and her fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are awaiting trial on bribery charges following their alleged involvement in the college admissions scandal that grabbed headlines in early 2019.
Loughlin and Giannulli, who have pleaded not guilty to all charges, will be part of the first group of parents to stand trial in federal court. The prosecutors in the case are seeking an October trial date.

The couple purchased the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home at 121 Udine Way in 2015 and attempted to sell it in 2017 for $35,000,000 before removing the listing some months later. The Mediterranean-style estate has undergone extensive renovations — Loughlin and Giannulli are known house-flippers and reportedly invested an additional $15 million into the property.

Bordering the Bel Air Country Club, the sprawling estate features a two-story entry with large-format stone tile and a moving glass wall system that brings the outdoors in. Exposed wood joists add warmth to the space, which is dotted with artwork and decorative objects.

The formal living room is primed for entertaining with a fireplace, baby grand piano and ample seating for guests. Three arched openings lead to the well-stocked wet bar and library. Clad in mirrored surfaces, the island bar produces a trompe l’oeil effect. This space offers access to a covered patio, which boasts veined black marble flooring and additional archways.

The family room offers a more relaxed vibe, although it does feature an imposing stone fireplace. Many a dinner party have likely been held in the formal dining room, which looks straight out of a magazine with its 10-seater table, modern chandelier and oversized artwork. If you prefer to take your meals alfresco, there’s a generous outdoor patio off the kitchen.

Speaking of the kitchen, it’s sleek and minimal with an elongated island covered with a spectacular slab of marble. There’s yet another dining table — there are truly so many places to eat your morning cereal in this house — and integrated commercial-grade appliances.

There’s an upstairs media room (finally, we know where they watch TV) and a sophisticated master suite with a terrace, his-and-her bathrooms and walk-in closets. The ensuite bathrooms are quite distinctive — one is bright and white with a freestanding soaker tub and frameless glass shower, while the other is dark and masculine, featuring a private water closet and an expansive shower.

The second-floor terrace appears to wrap all the way around the backside of the estate, providing sweeping views of the golf course. A marble-rimmed swimming pool is flanked by tall shrubs for privacy and an in-ground spa is also located off the patio.

Not pictured are the four additional bedroom suites, a gym, staff room, circular motor court and five-car garage. The current listing price of $28,650,000 is $6,350,000 less than what the family was asking in 2017, so if you’re in the market for a turn-key Bel Air property with a nefarious reputation, 121 Udine Way could be just the home you’re looking for.
