Last week, we reported on the status of construction at The Addison by etco Homes, which is now previewing and nearing completion.
The project is part of The Melrose Collection, consisting of “two distinct, boutique communities of flats and townhomes,” according to the developer’s website.
The Ainsley is its sister site, a four-story residence featuring 49 spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums. When Livabl stopped by the contemporary mid-rise in late September, most of its distinctive exterior cladding had been applied and several of the glass balcony balustrades were in place. Newport Beach-based architects Hannouche and Kang conceived of the clean-lined design.
Located at 728 North Sweetzer Avenue in West Hollywood, the development is within a half-mile of The Addison and steps away from the Melrose Avenue shopping district, dotted with designer boutiques, upscale restaurants and cafes, plus celebrity-frequented hair salons.
Arriving in early spring 2021, The Ainsley will boast single and dual-level condos ranging from 862 to 2,468 square feet. Select homes include walk-up patios along Sweetzer Avenue, dual master suites and upwards of four bathrooms (as per plan).
The community’s curated selection of onsite amenities is geared toward wellness and socialization. Expect an open-air courtyard, yoga studio, private massage area and a Pilates Reformer training room. There’s also a sophisticated indoor lounge with an exhibition kitchen and an outdoor grill area complete with ample seating.
A Forbes article published in May noted that The Ainsley will feature “amenities privatization,” allowing residents to reserve use of the spaces. In our current climate, this feature could contribute to the practice of social distancing, but in the future, residents will be able to reserve amenities, such as the stylish bar area, for private parties.
While pricing information and floorplans are not yet publicly available, prospective buyers can learn more about The Ainsley on BuzzBuzzHome.
