The Kentmore II can be customized to best accommodate your needs, style, and taste. Built on a slab foundation, the standard layout of this home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open concept kitchen and great room, and a two car garage. The open concept design allows for the spaces to flow and make it functional. The large great room is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying your favorite TV show. An optional corner fireplace will give the room a wonderful focal point and you toasty during the winter months. The Kentmore II kitchen comes with a large island, loads of cabinets, a large walk-in pantry, and plenty of countertop space. Our design center offers plenty of style choices for countertops, cabinets, lighting, and even backsplash, so you can have the kitchen of your dreams. An eat-in dining room off to the side of the kitchen is the best place to enjoy the meal you just prepared in your gourmet kitchen.
