The Clayton showcases an open-concept layout that flows from a dining nook and a great room to a large kitchen, complete with a convenient island and a walk-in pantry. Personalize the kitchen with gourmet features and an extended island, or add a 10' center-meet door at the nook! You'll also find a dining room and a study on the first floor: opt for a bedroom and attached bath in lieu of the study for additional sleeping space.
