Spread the word and get rewarded! As a purchaser of a Carrington Condo or Bedrock Home, you are eligible for our Refer-A-Friend promotion. Take advantage of being a Carrington purchaser and receive a generous reward of up to $1000 by referring a friend or family member to purchase a home at any Carrington or Bedrock location.
All you have to do is introduce your friend or family member before their first visit. You can expect to receive your referral bonus approximately 30 days after your referral moves in.

TENANT REFERRAL
Choose your neighbor and you will get rewarded! As a current tenant at select rental properties* you are eligible to receive a $150 cheque when you refer a friend or family member to rent at select buildings*.
Introduce your friend or family member to our leasing agent to start the paperwork, and you can expect to receive your referral bonus approximately 3 months after your referral moves in.

RENTAL EQUITY PROGRAM
When you rent with Carrington Communities, you are eligible to enter our exclusive rental equity program. The program entitled the tenant to earn 15% of their monthly rent as accrued equity towards a future condo or home purchase, to a maximum of 2% of purchase price.
