The gourmet kitchen features a large island, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. The owners suite is situated on the opposite side of the home, away from the secondary bedrooms lending a sense of privacy. The laundry room is also located on the 1st floor. This plan features an optional bedroom and loft on the 2nd floor for extra living space.
