Our newest home design, the Valrico, is an impressive one-story option that provides 1,545 square feet of living space with a side-entry garage.Enter the foyer from the modest front porch. The hallway opens to the kitchen with a large island for washing dishes, preparing meals, and entertaining guests. The open floor plan leads directly to the dining area and great room. Optional upgrades include a gourmet kitchen and lanai that spans the length of the great room and master bedroom located at the back of the house.The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and master bath with its entrance off of the great room.The second and third bedrooms are connected by the second bathroom, which is also accessible from the kitchen.The fourth bedroom and laundry room are located on the other end of the home.
