The family room, seamlessly flowing into the dining room and family room, opens to the covered lanai, which can be extended and can include a sliding-glass door. Adjacent to the family room, the generous owners suite features a spacious walk-in closet and a lavish master bath, where an optional garden tub can complement the walk-in shower create a master oasis. Other options include a private study in lieu of a bedroom, or a study with a powder room or pocket office; a bedroom suite with the addition of a third bath; a sitting room, in lieu of one of the bedrooms, to enlarge and enhance the master suite; and additional features to create a gourmet kitchen, as well as extending the kitchens island.
