A series of low-rise properties in Toronto’s South Parkdale neighbourhood could be demolished to make way for a new condo building that would be minutes away from the Exhibition GO station.

The 77-unit residence is designed to be self-sustaining and self-reliant by introducing residential agriculture and food production to the community.

Builders are expected to launch more than 20 condo projects in the mid- and high-rise segments across the Greater Toronto Area.
