Positives: Free upgrade of AC and Blinds Show more Negatives: Completion date delayed, avoiding to repair deficiencies, lack of communication (using a Pilot House Distro List and nobody takes responsibilities) Comments: The den is called a bedroom even though it has no closet for clothes, and no window looking outside.
