Positives: Layout & Location
Show moreNegatives: Incompetent BuilderComments: Worst new build ever. Company all the way from president to on site staff including customer service have no clue. They want your money then don’t come back to finish items. Trades are brutal, sloppy work, almost like it's their first day on the job or still in training. No supervision from foreman or from trades. Huge disappointment. 14 months in home and still have 30 day items they did not complete prior to Covid 19 which they promised they would. Leaks and flood in home, broken windows, missing railing. Note enough room to list my grievances with Andrin. Do not buy from these guys, you will regret it. Drive through Country Lane and knock on homeowners doors, they will tell you the true story. If I could rate a zero I would, just a brutal experience.Show less

Positives: No positive. Nightmare!!
Show moreNegatives: Worst trades ever. This Builder is the worst. They should be put out of business. Yeah Comments: Worst builder & experience ever. Staff turn over put us one step forward, 15 steps back. Incompetent people in every aspect. Every time a trade comes in, same thing, end up 15 steps back. End up worse than original deficiency. Stay away from this builder.Show less

Our home is less than 2 years old and the rooftop side boards fell off onto our car like as if there was a tornado. The builders, Andrin Homes, refused to compensate for our car expenses ($1000 deductible from insurance claim) claiming it was "an act of God". To be honest, why would the thunderstorm, 3 days ago, be able to do this. There was no wind during that time. I'm sure our new home should not have been falling apart due to the wind we experienced during the thunderstorm.
This was not the first time we had to deal with Andrin Homes (5 floor joists were only supported by one 2×4 board, Dominion Roofing worker dropped his tool on our windshield, cracked it, and we had no notice that this company was coming into our home, window leakages, landscapers hit our garage and left without informing us). Our neighbours as well had so many problems with them.
This is so unnecessary and could have been avoided by using proper materials to keep the board strShow less
