Positives: Nice homes Show more Negatives: Professionalism and integrity Comments: Nice homes, questionable integrity. Viewed a home (Saturday) made an offer (Monday), builder would not even entertain an at ask offer. Wanted $2600 over asking price because they raised prices the day after viewing. Not posting to “bad mouth” builder, but as a heads up that the price when viewed may not be honoured on offer. Show less
