Comments: while other high-rises has opened their amenities since last year, this building is keep saying it is too expensive even after 90% of BC has been fully vaccinated, also be aware of cracks in wall/ceiling paints and noisy flooring.and yeah broken elevators now and then

Comments: Great value. Good to buy into now as New West will become the next big place without the need to cross the bridge. All major stores within 3 blocks radius. Gorgeous homes in Queens Park. Very quiet.
