Positives: Beautiful neighbourhood Show more Negatives: unprofessional and don't seem to care Comments: Don't expect to get what you see in the model homes. They clearly took the time to built those houses nicely to draw in customers. The sales manager can't tell you anything. Favourite answer is I don't know. The quality and care is lacking. The contractors hired either have little experience or don't care. It's hard when you see a beautiful model home and expect that in your home but when you move in the tiles are cracked, crooked, lifted, loose, uneven and there are things underneath the carpet. The work sites are dirty. Garbage everywhere. Very disorganized and you have to deal with old men screaming, fighting, blaring music in some other language and working with no shirts on. Compared to the jubilee work sites christina homes seems very unprofessional. You also have to deal with many vehicles driving around in the backyards to get scrap wood at 3am that the site manager approved of. Complete lack of respect for the owners already living there.
