Positives: Beautiful looking, modern homes Show more Negatives: Terrible service, poor craftsmanship, cheap windows Comments: The buying process was filled with frustration. I was given unrealistic timelines and they failed to deliver on commitments. They have built beautiful looking town homes at first glance. Once we took a closer look we have noticed that the quality is quite poor. The windows are not properly sealed, my front door doesn't shut properly and have a list of over 50 things that have yet to be resolved. Based on Tarion rules, this should have been completed long ago. The builder has not returned my calls and emails when a attempt to politely request that they fix my home. I would not recommend buying from Coletara unless you have the skill set to rebuild much of the home yourself. Show less
