Positives: By far the best developer in Toronto building condos!!
Show moreNegatives: Elevators have problems, likely due to the untimely elevator trade strike at the time of construction and also probably due to trades using it during construction.Comments: I am an architect and real estate investor. I bought my first condo with Context and have regretted every other purchase since that was not made with them! The build quality is exceptional. Things that even only an architect would fuss about or notice; they paid special care and attention to everything. I had very few deficiencies despite studying it under a magnifying glass. Seven years later and the unit itself has had very few/minor issues and as a result my maintenance fee has remained relatively unchanged. If they build again in the core I'll be purchasing from them in a heartbeat.Show less

Positives: Location, convenience and service
Show moreNegatives: Material quality is not amazing and the elevator is broken more often than other Downtown Condos I have experience with.Comments: Generally above average builder with good support. New builds are bound to have some deficiencies here and there nowadays and the thing that sets Context apart is the fact they respond to repair requests (cracks, paint jobs) fairly quickly. The elevators they used for my building I would rate as below average quality due to the weekly breakdowns but the building management company they have hired is very quick in response as well. Overall, my experience with the building and the builder is positive. Show less
