Positives: Corsica build a great house. Show more Negatives: Slow speed in finishing the yard, and they don't use topsoil just clay with boulders, lumps of asphalt, grass has a problem rooting. Comments: Corsica did not put down topsoil or good quality grass. The crap that they graded the lot with contains huge boulders and lumps of asphalt, it is clay and sand, and sets rock hard like concrete. Then they put down grass that was sitting in 30C+ for 2 days and expect it to root. If Corsica put down topsoil and quality turf, I will update my review. Show less
