Positives: The views are gorgeous. Show more Negatives: The condo fees estimated $400.00 at purchase, 1 year later $858.00 Comments: My husband and I purchased a rendering of luxury, the views were stunningly gorgeous. Once we were moved in, the finishing was not as per the rendering. The building has water damage, this a brand new construction and Corsim walked away. Buyers beware, don’t walk...run. Show less
