Positives: Layout, location, view of the mountains, small building, parks. Show more Negatives: Craftsmanship, false advertising, poor management, poor construction all around. Comments: This developer has changed its name to Saturn Construction. I would strongly advise Buyer Beware! In our dealings with this developer (Dena Construction) it was and has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, they had 100's of different trades working in this building. Their features offered silent flooring, premium quality finishings and state of the art security, none of which are true. Our building has been broken into due to the lack of security, the building and flooring isn't silent at all (hear your neighbours below). In some units you can actually hear full on conversations! Every single room had issues (mouldings being crooked, kitchen tile being redone three times, bathroom tile work poorly executed, floor trim had to be redone, patio door issues (fixed three times), patio trim and wood panels cut incorrectly (pieces of wood do not align). Window ledges have gaps underneath, light fixtures wired incorrectly, the list goes on and on. Very poor craftsmanship all around! Show less

Positives: It gives us a roof over our head Show more Negatives: Build quality and strata rules Comments: Lived in this building since it opened and was still being worked on in the construction of units. Although it looks shiny and new at first glance, the closer you look the more flaws appear. It was cheaply and poorly built- things put in upside down, fireplaces being recalled and ripped out of units that people are living in for fire risks, lights flicker, inches of gaps between doors and doorways, holes near light fixtures and cold breezes coming through every power socket. We have been harassed by people living in the building and strata themselves about parking our second car in a place that we are legally allowed to park in, because they are trying to enforced rules without having signs or legal guidelines, with notes and tape stuck on my car and pages of illegitimate 'rules' being plastered in hallways and elevators directed at our parking spot. We have a six month lease and are glad to be moving out in the upcoming month and feel bad for those who bought their units. Show less
