Positives: neighbourhood Show more Negatives: uncooperative, unresponsive mgmt company does not work with residents Comments: thank god for tarion and the ontario building code. if the developer could find a cheaper way to do something, they would. banal, depressing lobby and hallways. this is a 'leed' building without programmable thermostats, with huge sinks to fill with water and too many lights on 24 hours to add to common costs. developer made no attempt to match size of furnace/heat pump with size of unit ("one size fits all") or size of bottom-of-the-line appliances with space available. cheap intercom difficult to understand, traditional not electronic keys, guest parking is not controlled -- the limited visitor parking is used by visitors to neighbourhood and employees. three years after occupancy problems are still surfacing. personalization strictly prohibited: patio furniture only on balcony, only vehicles (one) allowed in parking spot, no decorations on your door or in hall, no signs allowed on balcony, etc etc. Show less
